Harris Ridge Debuts Its First Model Homes at the Spring Gala
While Harris Ridge has been in development for years, the Spring Gala on March 26th marked the first time its model homes opened to the public. Over 80 of the top real estate agents from across the Treasure Valley gathered to celebrate the milestone with an evening of food, music, drinks, and giveaways. More than a launch event, the evening served as the public debut of a new foothills community that’s beginning to take form.

Inside the First Model Homes

The Milan is the first of the two model homes and one of the largest floorplans available in the neighborhood. Designed by award-winning architect Mike Woodley, AIA, the home was built like every home in Harris Ridge—intentionally—to maximize the views of each homesite. Inside, guests at the Spring Gala were greeted by a spacious, open layout, with a sense of scale that carries throughout the home. Standout features include the fireplace in the primary bath and a second-story overlook to take in the remarkable views.
The Sicily presents a different expression of life at Harris Ridge. Also designed by Woodley, the nearly 4,000-square-foot plan is defined by its interior courtyard and two covered patios that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces. Complete with its own multigenerational suite, the home brings together scale, flexibility, and privacy in a single-level design.
