Introducing New Bonus Commissions for Realtors
From now until December 31st, earn an extra $5,000 in commission on move-in-ready homes in any Boise Hunter Homes community.Â
- Register your client with Boise Hunter Homes
- Buyer’s offer on qualified move-in ready home is accepted (Ask about current buyer incentives)
- Home must close by 12/31/25
- Receive your $5,000 in bonus commissions at close of escrow

Dedicated Support Every Step of the Way
Earn Advanced Commission (50% – 100% of Base Commission, does not include any promotional commissions) paid within 10 days of the following milestones:
- BHH provides Buyer Experience Coordinators who will assist your buyer throughout the process.
- BHH will manage the build process while keeping agents informed and involved.
- Working with BHH provides an opportunity to build a long-term synergistic relationship.
Realtor Rewards Program Policy
You must be present during your client’s first appointment to receive commissions.
Commission varies by community
Commission excludes optional upgrades and seller concessions made after the initial Agreement.
Agent must accompany the buyer on their first visit or contact the BHH Sales Agent to register.
Prior registration of the customer by a BHH Sales Agent voids commission eligibility.
Customer registration is valid for 12 months.
If settlement does not occur, no commission will be paid.
