Exceptional experience buying our dream home in the Hills at Dry Creek Ranch! Cheryl was our realtor and was fantastic, beginning with the difficult task of finding the perfect lot to build our dream home. She must’ve had the drafters lay out five homes on lots until we found the fit for us. We finally found one with a gorgeous view and quiet location. I really enjoyed the process of customizing the home with options, including adding an RV garage, enlarging the great room and bedrooms, and adding a bay window to our master bedroom. Rachelle and Katja helped us through the design selection process, giving us honest feedback to improve our choices of flooring, colors, our gorgeous kitchen, and the stonework inside and out. We needed creative people like them to help make the overwhelming number of choices come together in harmony. They made the process fun, and the house came out stunning! We signed the sales agreement in late January, and moved in mid-October, within a couple of weeks of their initial projected date. BHH is a well-oiled machine, impressively managed and they executed on time. I appreciated the progress photos from Cheryl every couple of weeks, it made the wait exciting. On the day of move-in, we discovered that the hardwood floors were not properly cleaned to remove paint and grout, from the construction. Also, there was a footprint on the carpet which occurred after our walk-through. There were also a couple of areas on the exterior paint that another realtor, Truely, noticed on our behalf, and asked to have re-painted. While I think that BHH should have resolved these before move-in, they gave top priority to address them. Jonathan is our construction supervisor, and was meticulous in helping us to resolve those issues quickly and smoothly. Thank you Jonathan and Truely for your help to make things right, after the sale! This was a five star experience, just fantastic from start to end. Construction quality and materials are exceptional, as are the style and elegance of this gorgeous, spacious home. We are so happy with our new dream home!

We recently had a home built in the Dry Creek Ranch Estates. By luck we had Greg Eaton as our Superintendent. We could not have asked for a better experience. There were what I would call normal challenges and stresses with regard to weather, supply chain issues, and being our first home build and some not so normal challenges when it came to drainage from our lot. Greg was on top of things with support from all levels. We will always credit him for orchestrating the positive experience we have had so far.
